How it works

1. DownloadDownload the executable using the button below. It runs instantly — no installation needed.
2. RunDouble-click the downloaded file to open it right away.
3. Enter the connection codeEnter the 6-digit code we gave you to connect. The code is valid for only 5 minutes — if it expires, just get a new one.
4. Click AllowThis part matters most. When work begins, a prompt will ask "Allow access to this folder?" [Continue with this folder] — click it. Usually just once or twice.
5. Watch alongEvery action is shown on screen in real time. You can stop at any moment with the stop button.

Just two things to keep in mind during the session

1. Please stay at your screenWhen the allow prompt appears, you need to click it within 90 seconds — otherwise it's automatically canceled and we have to start over. Setting aside about 30 minutes gives you plenty of room.
2. Always choose "Continue with this folder"Clicking "just this once" will bring the prompt back on the next action. If you can't find the window, look for the blinking icon in your taskbar.

Good to know

When the session ends

1. Quit and reopen the programSettings need to reload, so the program you were using must be fully closed and reopened. Just closing the window sometimes leaves it running in the background — right-click the icon in the bottom-right corner and choose Quit to be sure.
2. Try it in a new conversationA conversation window that was already open still remembers the old settings. Start a new conversation to use it right away.
3. Use the installed app, not the browserPlease use the app installed on your PC instead of a web browser. The feature we just connected won't work in a browser.
